Vision and Mission
Your board’s purpose should be clearly defined and your mission should be known and understood by your own board members, the populations you serve, and the general public, if appropriate. We work with newly-formed organizations to help them arrive at their vision and mission. We also work with established organizations with leadership or board changes, and in the evaluation process.
